Designs by Annmarie Clarke will not duplicate the work of other designers. If an image is provided, it will be used only for inspiration. Plus size designs for special occasions can be created to match others dresses, (Ex: bridesmaids dresses) only when increased sizes are not offered.
No returns or refunds for custom designs. I will be willing to work with clients to achieve customer satisfaction. However if service is withdrawn by the business, deposit can be returned based on progress.
Service for custom designs can be denied upon my discretion.
PAYMENT / RETURN POLICY
All earrings and sale items are final sale.
To confirm all CUSTOM appeal and accessory assignments 50% deposit is required to begin. The deposit should be received a minimum of 2 months prior for appeal (more based on complexity) and 1 month prior for custom accessories.
Final payment should be received at least 3 weeks prior to agreed upon pick-up date. Full payment is required for pickup.
Additional fees will be applied for last minute assignments.

For alterations, full payment is due by the pick-up date. If full payment is not received by pick-up date, product(s) will be held until money is received.
**For damage item(s) please send an email including pictures of the damage item and packaging. Must be done within 30 days of receiving the item(s).
Bulk orders are currently offered for jewelry, ties, and clutches. A bulk order consist of eight or more of the same item and color. They are a great addition for special occasions such as weddings.
